Fail, on sending address

example@orange.com tried to send an email to example@potato.com
from the sending mail server IP 1.2.3.4.

The e-mail was rejected because the IP is not authorized in orange.com's SPF record.

What should I do?

The SPF check returned a fail status for orange.com with the sending IP 1.2.3.4. If this IP should be allowed to send e-mails, the SPF record for orange.com will need to be modified to authorize the IP of the sending mail server.

If the IP 1.2.3.4 belongs to an external mail service that sends emails on your behalf, like Office 365, please contact them to know what to add to your SPF record.
